The contemporary kitchen is well equipped and ideal for preparing delicious meals.

In perfect harmony with the spirit of the villa, the private garden offers large terraces and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying the climate in complete privacy. The swimming pool* (8 x 4m - depth: 1.4 to 1.5m) invites you to swim and relax. Between palm trees, flower beds and outdoor furniture, every moment spent outside is pure relaxation.
The villa has one parking space (one additional space may be available upon request).

*The swimming pool can be heated (on request and at an additional cost).

The price includes daily cleaning, outdoor maintenance and breakfast.

For your other meals, the villa can offer you:

  • An "à la carte" option by a chef: You don't have to worry about shopping for ingredients, as a chef can suggest a menu and arrange delivery.
    • Main course plus side dish: from €20 per person per meal (estimated price based on 6 meals delivered by a caterer).

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : Arabic - French
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 2.50 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 1 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

Nous avons passe un agréable séjour dans cette très jolie villa décorée avec gout et offrant une intimité parfaite. La proximité de l'hotel et du spa a vraiment ajouté un plus a notre séjour. Nous avons célébré un anniversaire qui restera un très beau souvenir.
