The luxury Villa Estrella Marina is located on a private island (Eden Island) facing the sea and has 4 suites including a parental of 60m². Built in traditional style, open, airy and comfortable, it lends itself to rest and relaxation. On a plot of 1,800m², 30 metres from a beautiful sandy beach, it has a magnificent swimming pool and a lush tropical garden planted with exotic species. A private pontoon allows a boat to be moored.

Service and staff

On request a chef can prepare you both local specialties as well as Western cuisine and some staff can be provided to enjoy the amenities of the villa. The range of activities available: gym, tennis courts, children's playground and children's playroom will also allow you to spend time or have fun.

Location

The house benefits from all the advantages linked to its situation on a private island. Regulated and fully secured access with fingerprint access control. The estate has a security service able to intervene 24 hours a day. An electric vehicle, required for travel on the island, is provided.
Villa Estrella Marina is not isolated: it is located 2 kilometres from a shopping centre open 7 days a week with all amenities (pharmacy, shops, marina...) and is only 5 kilometres from the capital, Victoria and its local market.

Rental conditions

- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 46 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
