Indoors & Outdoors

The house is truly stunning, tastefully furnished and well equipped in a modern Victorian style.

The master bedroom has a bay window, queen-size bed and air-conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. Situated at the front of the house, it overlooks the patio and has excellent views.

The second bedroom has a single bed and French doors opening onto the terrace at the back of the house.

The third bedroom has two single beds and French doors to the terrace at the rear of the house. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with bath and shower.

Next to the rear terrace is the fourth bedroom, known as The Garden Room: it has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Although at the back of the house, this room has excellent views.

The living room is at the front of the house and offers superb views. Flat screen HD television with entertainment system and DSTV.
The dining room has the original Victorian fireplace and table seating for 12.
The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg cooker with electric oven and gas hob, fridge and dishwasher.

Sliding doors all along the wall lead to the rear patio and entertainment area.
The patio at the rear of the house is a completely sheltered area with gas barbecue and very well laid out.The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge bar.
The entrance to the basement is at the side of the house. It is an open-plan living area with a sitting area and two sofa beds, HD flat-screen TV, DSTV and DVD player, a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with shower.

The house has an alarm system and the villa offers a closed garage and a parking space in the street.
