Indoors

Villa Kitsu is built in 3 sections.
Thanks to the its window beach front, the inside of the villa is really luminous.
Indoors are traditionnaly decorated and offer a warm atmosphere.

Ground floor
In each of the two outer sections, you'll find a triple bedroom.
In the central section, the heart of the house, you'll find a spacious living area, a counter like dining table, and a desk.
Another double bed is available in the living area.


Outdoors

Villa Kitsu also offers a private swimming pool nestled in a tropical garden. 
From there, you'll enjoy the marvellous ocean views.
The rooftop terrace is perfect to drink a cocktail watching the sunset, or for a dinner under the African stars.
Guests have a private access to the beach in front of the villa.


Staff and services

Salim and Haji are working in the villa, they'll be at your disposal for anything you may need during your stay.
For the meals, menus need to be arrange with them. Guests decide when and where they want their meals served.
The villa is not self catered, it has no kitchen. We have a chef on site, menus can be customized as per taste or dietary requirements.
Daily menus offer selections of exotic East African flavors as well as international cuisine.


Location

All around the villa, you'll find local villages, where local culture and tradition can be experienced.

Karume International Airport : 1 hour
Nungwi : 20 minutes
Kendwa : 15 minutes


Notes

Villa Kitsu is 100% ECO : operate entirely on solar energy, without connection to the public grid whatsoever.
10 minutes track to access the villa, rather practicable road.
Sea shoes are recommended.
Children below 16 years old are free of charge (1 child per adult).
