It offers 9 bedrooms spread across pavilions, providing privacy and views of the sea or gardens. Accommodating up to 18 guests, it is ideal for group stays, retreats, private events, or intimate weddings, with large outdoor spaces and a dedicated chef, all in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle.

Room 4 - Guest bedrooms 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 :
Room, independent access. Bathroom ensuite.


Indoors 

Spacious, airy pavilions with multiple seating areas, air-conditioned meeting room on the first level of the main pavilion, multipurpose room for exercising, playing games, or use as an office, open-air dining pavilion with a high, sloping roof and seating for 10 (additional tables are set up for extra guests).


Outdoors 

The villa's outdoor areas feature extensive landscaped gardens with manicured lawns and flowering trees, as well as a 14-meter swimming pool equipped with sun loungers facing the ocean. A breakfast table by the pool is ideal for small gatherings, while the numerous gardens and secluded corners invite you to relax and explore. The property also has ample parking space.


Location

Just a 3-minute walk away, Kelating Beach reveals its sparkling black sand and stunning views of the coastline. The villa is located near a peaceful Balinese village, surrounded by rice fields, far from the hustle and bustle. A restaurant and beach bar are located nearby at the Alila Villas Soori hotel, while a private chef is available at the villa. The area is ideal for walks along the beach and river, with frequent local ceremonies; the coast is popular with surfers, but swimming is not recommended.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 12:00 h

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 85 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 85 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Très bel endroit, spacieux avec une vue incroyable sur la mer

l'architecture et la décoration, l'espace intérieur et la qualité du jardin , en dehors du manager quasi inexistant un personnel adorable , discret et dévoué et notamment PUTUT,DEWI et DEWA !! calme et beauté de l'environnement , le voisinage de l'hotel Alila soori, les nombreux bassins et piscines trés bien entretenus.
Bonne réactivité de villanovo, services complémentaires de qualité ...
l'éloignement de toute animation , plage de sable noir superbe mais interdit de s'y baigner courants et vagues dangereuses... propreté à l'arrivée ...plus de choix du menu de restauration .... serviettes de plage et de salle de bains à renouveler (anciens) et prévoir davantage par chambre ... pas de TV dans le salon et meubles de jardin à repeindre..

Grande et belle maison isolée au personnel fort sympathique souriant et discret. Une maison à recommander fortement. Villanovo a été parfait aussi bien du premier contact que jusqu'au retour. Excellent suivi de ses clients
Quelques détails ne sont pas à la hauteur de la prestation : robinetterie (baignoire et éviers), store contre soleil abimé; mobilier de piscine assez mal entretenus. On s'attend pour une telle maison que chaque détail soit soigné et irréprochable.
Un certain Wayan responsable de la maison devait être présent au quotidien et nous ne l'avons qu'entre aperçu durant le séjour et nous attendons toujours des informations que nous lui avions demandées de plus le nombre de personnel annoncé sur internet dans la maison n'est pas le même sur place.
