Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 12:00 h

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 85 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 85 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

The layout of the grounds and the central relaxation area, the pool area and the beachfront area were all excellent.
The staff were delightful and helpful, friendly, solicitous and helpful.
The 4am extended reading of the muslim scriptures and call to prayer woke us up every morning and it was very hard to get back to sleep

Endroit paradisiaque , grand terrain , chambres trés spacieuses ,
possibilité de déjeuner et diner sur la plage tous les jours .

Conciergerie : Vous avez fait tout ce que vous pouviez, mais arrivé sur place le problème de la baby sitter n'était pas du tout réglé ; Ce n'était pas possible d'avoir quelqun qui dorment avec les enfants ; du coup chaque parent a pris ses enfants ds la chambre et on aurait pu prendre une chambre de moins ;
La piscine n'était pas trés claire

La villa est magnifique en tout point. Harmonie, design, équipement, jardin. Entretien impeccable, service de chambre chaque soir.
Grande piscine très agréable.
La plage "privée" (il n'y a personne) est très belle, immaculée, à quelques dizaines de mètre face aux iles Gili. Très franchement le lieu est paradisiaque.
Personnel prévenant et sympathique, un peu endormi parfois ! Très bonne cuisine.
De jolies ballades à faire aux alentours en vélo ou en voiture, visitez l'hôtel Tugu tout proche, les pentes du Rijani. Le bateau vous prend sur la plage pour aller nager avec les tortues.
Difficile de remplir sa baignoire, débit d'eau insuffisant.
