Indoors

On the ground floor, there are the living areas, open to the outdoors. You have a lot of sitting areas where you can relax while admiring the view offered of the ocean and the garden with the swimming pool.
The second floor also has a large and spacious living room with a large balcony.
The eight bedrooms are distributd on all the floors of the villa.


Outdoors

Just a few meters away from the villa, you can access the sandy beach, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the place in a nice environment. You can swim, play, relax or at the beach or on the garden of the property that is really close. You have at your disposal a swimming pool.
You can enjoy your meals on the terrace, facing the beach. 


Staff & Services

The chef speciality is sea food, cooked in Sri Lankan or Western meals. The staff is avalaible 24/7 from 5 am. The personnel is friendly, nice and discreet. The morning tea or coffee is served as well as the meals that you can have at any time. Staff can also check on your children.
