Rental conditions
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam - Children welcome - It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo - No safety fence around the pool - Pets not allowed - Pool has no swimming guard - Smoking is not allowed inside the house - The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer. - Language spoken by staff : English - Check-in : 14:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
Reservation conditions
- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 % - 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo. - The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email - Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time - For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable. - Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo. - No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Traumhafte Lage, wunderschönes Haus aber vor allem liebenswerte, sehr gastfreundschaftliche Menschen.

Un grand merci particulièrement à Evane, qui a su rebondir ultra rapidement sur notre dossier(!!) et qui a toujours su répondre à nos moindres questions.

Toute l'équipe de la maison nous ont accueilli et choyé avec une rare générosité, gentillesse et respect.
Nous étions tellement bien que nous sommes très peu sortis de la villa.
Le chef nous a concoctés des repas délicieux, bien meilleurs que tous les restaurants que nous avons testé.
Encore mille mercis à eux!
La personne qui a gérer notre dossier de France, a été d'une aide, d'une patience et d'une gentillesse rare.
