The spaciousness and smart distribution of this 683 square meters villa provides the intimacy of accommodation for 12 people. The house, with its 3 levels, has 6 en-suite modern bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there are three more bathrooms in and outside the villa. Villa can also be used for business purposes as all technical support is provided (smart board, computer, printer, internet...). In this house, guests can appreciate two modern fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms and a sauna.
Outdoors
Guests can enjoy the outdoors of this villa thanks to its terraces, the outside relaxing and dining area and the big pool (heated/cooled). The property has also two parking spaces in the garage, two others outside on parking lots and four additional parking spaces provide uninterrupted parking for all guests.

Location
Villa Paklenica is located in Vinjerac, a small fisherman village, where there is one of the best restaurants in Zadar region - Dalmatia (Konoba Pece). Situated near the sea, the property is 200 meters from the rocky beach and 500 meters from the pebble beach. Guests who wish to spend an active holiday can choose among the many hiking trails, climbing, rafting and cycling possibilities. They can also visit four national parks within a distance of up to 100 km (Paklenica, Krka, Plitvice, Kornati) and the canyon of the river Zrmanja by speedboat. Zadar, one of the most famous towns on the Dalmatian coast is easily accessible (around 35 km) and the villa is just 10 km away from motorway Zagreb and Split.
