The Croatian island Zizanj, with an area of ​​just one square kilometer and a coastline of 5 kilometers, is the smallest inhabited of the Adriatic. The island faces the coast of central Dalmatia and can be reached in just 30 minutes by ferry from the port of Biograd. The island is without a car and for any holidaymaker who would come with his vehicle, it will be left in Biograd in a guarded car park, and continue your way without the noise of cars to the villa.

Your holidays on the island of Zizanj will be synonymous with peace and quiet.

There are shops, restaurants and bistros on the nearby island, Pasman, which is accessible by motorboat in just a few minutes. Pasman, being about 300 meters north of Zizanj, the two islands are just separated from each other by a canal. A boat rental can also allow excursions on the west coast of Pasman. At this particularly steep cliff are many small coves ideal for swimming.

For fishermen and divers, Zizanj is a true paradise: in the canal between the island and Pasman, there is a varied marine world with cheerful colors. The divers will find their hapiness there and for fishermen, the chances to catch are good. In the surroundings of Zizanj also live dolphins that can be seen from the island.

Outdoors

The house is build on a 47.500 m2 private olive orchard, on an island.
There are 580 m  of private coast and a 4x10 m infinity edge swimming salt water pool.
The house is surrounded by a 300 m2 terrace with seaview. At the pool you have a terrace with a huge BBQ.

Location

The remote, no-car island can be reached only by boat. Island transfers are included as part of your stay.
Boats can be hired at the mainland for additional sailing trips, you have two private jetties included with the villa.

It is 35 km from Zadar airport by taxi to Biograd. You will be picked up by the team of the house in Biograd for a +/- 20 minutes boat ride to the island.
If you arrive by car, there is a guarded parking lot in Biograd (extra cost).

To reach the island you can also rent a boat in Biograd or use a Zizanj taxi boat service.
