Modern house with a direct access from the garden to S'Argamassa beach (approx. 40 meters). The house is ​​200 m2 on a 900 m2 property which is complemented fenced. Very nice decoration that combines the modern and traditional style of Ibiza. Beautiful views of the sea and Formentera. Villa Sarga is neighbour to Villa Pada and shares a car park.

Rental conditions

- Children welcome
- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR

Comments

The villa is amazing. And it is right by the small beach Argamassa. You only walk like 30 steps - and you are in the ocean at a very private area.
It is also a good location to visit the island since you are close to "most things" - like the north, ibiza town, hippy market, - everything that is on the south, east and north coast. Only area a bit far away is east side.
The area itself is not much worth walking around it. But you always need a car on ibiza - and you just drive to your favorite places anyway.
A bonus for us was that just around the corner there is an abandon tennis court - that we used every morning.
The aircon is "build in" like on hotels - that is an extra plus.

Unfortunately air conditioning was not working in the upstairs bedroom
Nespresso machine leaked from the outset
No shade options on upstairs terrace therefore not used as much as would have liked
Needs a little tidying up in some areas on closer inspection
Shower in twin room straight on from the kitchen was tricky- the shower sprayed at the shower door therefore leaked
