In summary
In the hills above Calcatoggio, in the Cinarca valley, Casa Riposu opens onto views of the Gulf of Sagone, the sea, the countryside and the mountains. This house of approximately 220 m² stands on 4,000 m² of land, with no overlooking neighbours, and combines stone and wood with contemporary lines. It sleeps up to eight guests in four single-storey bedrooms. A heated infinity pool extends the large panoramic terrace. A summer kitchen, a plancha, a pétanque court and a table tennis table complete the leisure areas. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away, and Ajaccio is approximately 25 kilometres away. This is a place designed for stays with family or friends, away from the bustle, between sea and maquis.

Indoors
The interior extends the spirit of the façade: natural materials, stone and wood, beneath abundant light let in by large picture windows. They open the living room onto the landscape and the terrace.
The living area brings together a lounge and a dining area. The lounge is arranged around a sofa and a television, with a decorative fireplace. The open-plan American-style kitchen is fully equipped. A utility room houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Outdoors
The grounds cover 4,000 m², including 2,000 m² of landscaped gardens and terraces. The house looks out over the Gulf of Sagone, the sea and the surrounding hills, with no overlooking neighbours.
The heated* infinity pool (9 x 3.5 m – depth: 1.5 m) is bordered by sun loungers and faces the sea.
The large panoramic terrace has a dining area and a lounge corner. Guests can also enjoy a summer kitchen, a pétanque court, a table tennis table and a paddle board.
The beach, 500 m from the villa, is a 10-minute walk away (access via a gate with a code).
Four outdoor parking spaces are available on the property.
* The pool is heated from April to October.

A four-hour mid-stay cleaning is provided in high season (June, July and August only).
Location
The villa is located in the municipality of Calcatoggio, on the west coast of Corse-du-Sud, in the Cinarca valley. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away, and a Corsican specialities inn lies a few hundred metres from the villa. The village of Tiuccia, about six kilometres away, has shops and restaurants, as does Sagone, a little further on. Calcatoggio’s watersports base offers boat and jet-ski hire, as well as diving. A riding club, hiking trails and canyoning routes are available in the hinterland.
Ajaccio and its airport are about 25 kilometres away. From the villa, Capo di Feno beach, the resort of Porticcio, the Sanguinaires Islands, the Spelunca Gorges and the Clos d’Alzeto vineyard are all within day-trip range. The Calanques de Piana lie further north.
