This magnificent modern villa of 250 m2 is set in the heart of a beautiful Mediterranean garden. Ideally located facing the sea, the house allows you to enjoy a nice view from all its rooms.
This fully air-conditioned villa, which has a modern and refined style, offers pleasant living spaces. The large bay window of the living room will allow you to enjoy an incredible view on the Mediterranean Sea and the Gulf of Ajaccio.
You will also appreciate its 4 pretty suites, promise of sweet nights.
Outdoors
The outdoor areas of the property have been designed to provide you a real change of scenery for a relaxing and memorable stay.
You can enjoy a beautiful garden, terraces, a heated pool (facing south - 13 x 5m - Depth : 1.5m), as well as a pool house with summer kitchen and dining area.
You can also easily reach the beach, which is only a few minutes away from the house (200 metres).
The house comprises small gym/yoga equipment (TRX, Kettle, Mat, Swiss Ball, Elastic, Weights), as well as 3 inflatable paddles.
Staff & Services
The price includes : daily cleaning service (3 hours a day - 6 days a week), change of towels twice a week, change of bed linen on Saturdays (for stays of more than a week), and provision of beach towels.
Location
The villa is located on the famous Sanguinaires road, only 200 metres from the beach. You will be only a few minutes away from the Corsican straw huts and private beaches with deckchairs and restaurants. According to your wishes, it will be easy for you to find an activity to suit your moods and desires (lazing around, water sports, walking towards the "Douaniers" path...).
