Indoors
In addition to the 7 beautiful bedrooms, each with an exotic atmosphere, the common areas include a fully equipped kitchen with bar as well as a large living room with a bay window 4m wide, offering a direct view of the sea and the mountains that directly connect the interior and the exteriors of the house. All the rooms offer a very beautiful view, either on the bay of Bruzzi, or on the maquis and the Corsican mountains. They each have large French windows, allowing direct access to the terraces for 6 of them, and to the garden for the 7th. The villa has a gym equipped with a treadmill, a bike, a rowing machine and various fitness accessories. This space also includes a television, sofa and a bathroom.
The entire house is air-conditioned, including the gym.
Outdoors
The 360° panoramic view between sea and mountains will allow guests to enjoy the exceptional environment available to them. They will also be able to enjoy the heated infinity pool and the jacuzzi (6 seats). The swimming pool is secured, both by a rolling shutter and by an alarm. Guests can gather around the outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying a good barbecue or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation on the large terrace. The 3000m2 garden has a petanque court, a table tennis and a badminton court. Several parking spaces are available inside the property.

The price includes final cleaning, Wifi, heating of the swimming pool (until approximately 29-30 degrees) and of the Jacuzzi, the use of fitness equipment (treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical trainer), the provision of outdoors equipment (table tennis rackets, badminton rackets, petanque balls).
