Indoors
The house was completely renovated in 2022. The use of noble materials, such as Bonifacio stone and wood, gives it an undeniable charm.
This carefully designed house offers large living spaces, very bright thanks to their southern exposure. You will appreciate the living room with its high ceiling, the pleasant dining room and the kitchen.
You will also find a mezzanine, a real children's paradise. This air-conditioned and quiet space will allow the youngest to have their own space to play board games or watch films.
The 7 bed, all air-conditioned and personalised, will offer you the promise of restful nights. They all have a direct access to the outside.
Note that two of the bedrooms share a bathroom that is accessible to PRMs.
The house also has a storeroom - laundry room with two washing machines.
Outdoors
The villa is set in the heart of a 1.3 hectare enclosed park with trees. You will find nearly 800 trees : holm oaks, arbutus, eucalyptus, some pines and of course olive trees.
You will be able to take full advantage of the benefits of the open air, thanks to the different areas available (garden, terraces, awning, patio). Large terraces all around the villa permit you to live outside in all seasons.
The beautiful heated and fully fenced swimming pool (14 x 7 metres - depth from 0.2 to 2 metres - with roller shutter), will delight children and adults alike. It has different areas of varying depths, ideal for a variety of activities. The 20cm deep area offers a reading/paddling area, the one with benches immersed at 40cm is perfect for enjoying a game or an aperitif and the 1.2m deep area is an ideal play area.
The pool house has full sanitary facilities and a kitchen partially equipped with a fridge.
Children can also enjoy a 4-metre diameter trampoline (with protective nets).
Finally, if in the evening you hear a rustling in the garden, go and have a look, a turtle may be drinking...

Location
Villa Arbevhio is located in the Bonifacian countryside, 2 kilometres from its fabulous port.
Bonifacio is the oldest town on the island and was founded in 826.
You will be charmed by this high city perched on a limestone cliff and its deep harbour (allowing the arrival of the most famous boats of the Mediterranean).
Notes :
- No noise at the pool after 11pm,
- No food or drink in the games room/TV room on the mezzanine,
- No parties or receptions for more than 25 people unless authorised.
