Indoors 

Elegantly appointed, the villa offers a spacious living room with panoramic windows, a comfortable lounge and a refined dining room. The professional kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a charming interior patio. 

The villa has 6 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 people. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds. There is a children bedroom with one double bed and one single bed (bunk bed). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The villa also has an independent studio with a bed for 1 or 2 people, ideal for the household staff. 


Outdoors

Outside, the 200 m² shaded patio offers a dining area that can seat more than 20 people. The 15x5 m heated swimming pool is surrounded by four large parasols, sun loungers and small tables. The pool house houses a summer kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and 4 gas rings.
The garden boasts a magnificent selection of fruit trees and local plants, including century-old olive trees, palm trees, citrus trees and fig trees.
