Room 2 - 24m2 :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, safe, private terrace.

Room 3 - 24m2 :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, safe, private terrace.

Room 4 - 30m2 :
Room, Garden level, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, safe, private terrace.

Note : The ground floor bedroom (with a separate entrance) is ideal for teenagers or couples who are looking for more independence and privacy.


Indoors 

The house has pleasant, comfortable and well cared for interiors.
Indeed, this beautiful and well-designed villa has been tastefully furnished and decorated. It will offer you a refined and warm place to stay.
The living room can be completely opened on the swimming pool and its terrace, thus abolishing completely the interior/exterior border. 
You will also find four spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate all your family or friends.
The house has a separate toilet on the ground floor and another on the first floor.


Outdoors​ 

You can enjoy a stone swimming pool (9.50 x 3.20 m, depth 1.50 m), secured by a roller shutter and facing the sea. At nightfall, you will appreciate the spectacle of water with purple reflections. Moreover, for your comfort, the pool is heated.


Staff & Services

The price includes the final housekeeping and a concierge service.
Note : Pool heating is included in the price, but water temperature cannot be guaranteed depending on weather conditions.

You will be only 3 minutes by car from the beaches of Palombaggia.
