Notes :
- On the mezzanine you have at your disposal three single extra beds.
- There is a refreshing floor in every room that is adjustable with a thermostat. This allows to cool the soil and by capillarity, the room. You will have fresh air in the room if the doors and windows remain closed. The advantage of this floor and that unlike the air conditioning, there is no noise and it is very ecological. You should also know that the temperature does not drop below 16.


Indoors

The spacious living areas give direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, by using the stairs of the property. The design is modern and the villa is newly built, which offers you a lot of amenities for your comfort.


Outdoors

Directly from the living room you have a spectacular view over the sea. On the terrace you have a large outdoor table where you can enjoy the summer meals in total tranquility while looking at the sea.
The overflowing swimming pool is the perfect place to relax from your daily life enjoying the beauty of the Corsican landscape. The more active can also enjoy a gym with equipment of the techno gym brand (with weight bench and elliptical bike), a pétanque field, a croquet ground and a ping-pong table.


Note: the pool has a cover with automatic closing by means of a code.


Staff & Services

- The property is cleaned regularly, at least once a week. Cleaning during your stay is included in the price of your rental. Daily cleaning can be provided (price on request).

- Linen is provided for all guests. This includes linen for each bed, bathroom linen and bath sheets. Beds are appraised. Linen is changed at least once a week. An additional change can be made during the stay at the request of guests (price on request).

- A personalised customer reception service is provided. This service includes welcoming guests on arrival and departure, as well as during their stay. A welcome basket is available to guests on arrival. A hotline service is also provided, enabling assistance to be given at any time if any difficulty arises in using the premises. The concierge's contact details will be sent to you on arrival.
