Room 5
Room, Lower floor, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Indoors 

This fully air-conditioned 210 m² house is spread over 2 levels.
On the main floor, there is an open plan kitchen with dining area opening onto the terrace and a large living room (with lounge and TV) opening onto two terraces (one at the back and one by the pool). Guests will also find on this level a master bedroom (with dressing, shower room and toilet), a double bedroom with shower room, and a separate toilet.
On the lower level there are a laundry room, a separate toilet and three further double bedrooms (with bathrooms, terrace and access to the pool from the garden).

Outdoors​ 

This 1500 m² fenced property has pleasant terraces with sunshades and pergola.
Guests will enjoy the beautiful pool with security alarm (4 x 12m).
Thanks to the south-east orientation of the villa, visitors will also be able to take advantage of the sunshine throughout the day, with beautiful views of the maquis and the sea (in the distance).
The property has an electric gate and parking for 2 cars.

Staff & Services

The price includes the final housekeeping and a concierge service.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services, such as housekeeping service (weekly surface cleaning and change of linen).


Location

Villa Ghjulietta is located close to all amenities.
It is about 5 minutes drive from the famous beach of Saint Cyprien and about 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio.
The centre of Lecci is about 3 km away, and several events and local markets take place there throughout the season.
The property is also 25 km from Figari Sud Corse airport and 10 km from the ferry terminal.
Guests will also have easy access to various sporting activities in the area: golf, scuba diving, quads, jet skiing, water skiing, canyoning, horse riding...
