This waterfront villa in Propriano is nestled in a natural setting and visible only from the sea. It fits perfectly into the exceptional environment of the bay of Valinco.
Behind the wooden and freestone facades, contemporary interiors accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms.
The garden around the house hosts a 26-meter infinity pool and has private access to a small beach. In order to discover the wonderful coves around the estate, paddles and canoes are available.
Bedrooms
They are pleasant and bright. They open onto a terrace on the garden side with the exception of the dormitory which has no terrace.
Each bedroom has air conditioning, TV, wifi (4G) and a safe.
1 bedroom: Queen Size bed with bathroom

3 bedrooms: Twin or King Size beds with shower rooms
The terrace and the pool house have a magnificent view of the gulf.
Swimming pool secured by a remote control alarm. It is treated with salt.
Barbecue / plancha cleaned every morning.
Provision of paddles and canoes
A mooring mooring is available.
The house has 6 parking spaces and a helipad.
Service and staff
Breads, pastries and newspapers can be delivered to you every morning (price of groceries not included).
A daily cleaning is provided every day from Monday to Saturday.
All household and bathroom linen is provided.
A concierge service is naturally at your disposal.
Location
A small beach is at the foot of the house. It is only accessible by the private road secured by a gate or by the sea.
Propriano is 5 minutes from the house, a charming seaside village, with its many restaurants, shops and activities, will help make your holiday resort an ideal destination with family or friends.
Less than an hour's drive away are the greens of the renowned Sperone (18-hole) and Murtoli golf courses.

Un site et un espace exceptionnel

super schöner Panorama-Blick aus jedem Schlafzimmer. Alles war genau so wie versprochen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation lief per Übersetzer-App auf dem Handy. Der Brötchen-Dienst hat gut geklappt. Merhere Kühlschränke und 2 Geschirrspüler sind einfach genial!!
Pool und Poolhaus sind sehr schön.
Der Weg zum Strand ist für Kinder ein tolles Abenteuer. Der Weg hoch, zurück zum Haus, ist nichts für jemanden mit Gehproblemen.
Aber das Meer und der Strand sind die kleine Strapaze wert.
Leider hatte ich eine schwere Erkrankung. Der angeforderte und erhaltene Arzt-Hinweis (englisch sprechend) war absolut richtig und gut.
Der Concierge (Amaya) konnte für uns innerhalb weniger Tage einen privaten Rückflug organisieren. So wurde der Heimweg von 2 Tagen fahrt auf 2 erträgliche Flugstunden reduziert!
Amaya hat für unsere Probleme unkompliziert und schnell eine kpl. Lösung gefunden. Inkl. dem Taxi-Transport zum Flughafen. Eine bessere Betreuung hatte ich noch nie! Meinen Herzlichen Dank dafür!!
1,50-1,60m breite Betten sind nicht wirklich für 2 Personen geeignet. Leider sind die Betten sehr hart. Im Flur hat das Oberlicht Risse. Hier hatte es hereingeregnet. Vom Trockner war der Wärmetauscher mit Flußen verstopft und musste in der Dusche von mir gereinigt werden. In der Küche war der Dunstabzug defekt. Leider ist die Kies-Zufahrt die von der Straße abbiegt bis zum elektrischen Tor in extrem schlechtem Zustand. Unbefestigt, ausgewaschen und mit tiefen Schlaglöchern. Ich war froh dass wir hier mit Mietwagen gefahren sind.
