Indoors
The property, which was completely renovated in 2022, consists of a main house of 310 m² (accommodating 12 people) and a guest house of 55 m² (accommodating 2 people). All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The main house is set in a green setting with a 180° view over more than 10 km.
There are 6 living areas spread over 133 m² (hall, cloakroom, billiard room, library/TV, living room and dining room), a kitchen open to the air-conditioned dining room, as well as 6 pretty double bedrooms en suite.
The guest house is nestled in the woods and has all the comfort and serenity expected by the most demanding guests. Spread over 55 m², it offers a pleasant living room with open kitchen and an 18 m² bedroom with en suite shower.
Outdoors
It will be easy for you to enjoy the benefits of the open air, through the 8 hectares of the property (5 of wood and 3 of park).
The generous 100 m² terrace of the main house overlooks a French garden with its pond and 3 fountains.
You will appreciate the open pool house of 40 m², with kitchen, garden furniture, two cabins for changing, an outdoor shower and a toilet.
You can also enjoy a petanque strip (4 x 15 m), a swing, as well as a pool (5 x 15 m - depth from 1 to 1.5m) with a paddling pool (20 cm).
The swimming pool, which is open from 1 May to 30 September, is heated to about 28°C and is secured (shutter and safety barrier).
Staff & Services
The price includes final housekeeping, pool heating, pool and garden maintenance, replacement of household/bath/pool linen and a small cleaning for stays of at least two weeks, as well as bath amenities.
