- Guest house (2nd floor): 1 living room (with sofa, TV, dining area, open-plan kitchen). You can access the main property from outside or with the lift.

- Main house (3rd floor): 1 double bedroom (with en-suite shower room and separate toilet, terrace with sea views), 1 double bedroom (with en-suite shower room, separate toilet, terrace with sea views), 1 separate double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet, terrace with sea views), laundry room.

- Main house (4th floor) : Open fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large terrace with summer lounge and dining area, dining room with sea view, living room with TV with sea view, guest toilet. From this level, you have access to the swimming pool.
