Inside, the sleek gourmet kitchen features an onyx bar and glass-encased wine rack, and serves an open-concept living/dining area opening to the pool. Luminous white walls play host to gallery-worthy artwork in a vibrant contemporary style. An elevator offers easy access to the fully equipped fitness center, cinema, and car showroom. Gorgeous natural materials throughout the home include French oak, American walnut, and Burmese teak.


Outdoors

Built over 2 levels, the 720-square-meter house features expansive windows and glass doors opening to ample outdoor living areas on both floors. A wooden deck surrounds the infinity pool, while a pergola casts cool shade over lounge chairs and a casual dining table.


Staff & Services 

The rental of the house includes: cleaning 4 hours a day, a concierge service before and during your stay, sheets and towels (changed once a week), bathrobes, slippers and toiletries, hairdryers in each bathroom.

Note: An additional cleaning charge will be payable if the villa is returned in an unsuitable condition, or if rubbish is left on site.

The house can also be rented on a "full service" basis, which includes :
