The villa has seven bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The other bedrooms are distributed between the ground floor and the first floor and include double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with three single beds. The bedrooms offer a peaceful setting and are equipped with air conditioning and some with television.

Casa Mat's private and manicured gardens surround the property, providing plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. You can relax on the shaded terraces, have a family meal under a pergola or relax by the heated 15m x 8m swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by teak decking and sun loungers and is fitted with an electric roller shutter to ensure safety.
The 30m2 stone pool house is a real asset, offering additional space to relax with a bar, lounge, shower room and separate toilet. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the pétanque court and the ping-pong table. The villa also has outdoor parking and an electric gate at the entrance of the property.
Staff and service
The rental of Casa Matissi includes a cleaning service for 3 hours per day and a change of linen once a week. A cook is also available on request (to be arranged much in advance) to prepare delicious meals for guests. Air conditioning is present in all rooms. Alarm.

Location
La Casa Matissi is ideally located on the Route des Plages, just a 10-minute walk from Moorea beach and the bay of Pampelonne. The famous restaurant Les Moulins de Christopher Leroy is a 5-minute walk away. The villa is also 5 minutes by car from the village of Saint-Tropez and 10 minutes from the town of Ramatuelle. Nice airport is around 1h30 away.
