Indoors
The first floor is home to the living areas, all of which open onto the large stone terrace, in a harmony of hues, materials and textures. Enter the ultra-luminous living room, whose ironwork opens onto the Cap d'Antibes. The set of black metal windows adds a touch of modernity tinged with industrial spirit. The dining room's black wooden table and sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor dining area. The kitchen also has a dining area and is very well equipped. It overlooks the fountain, the semi-covered terrace and the covered terrace, which offer a view of the garden and swimming pool.
The second floor is dedicated to the master suite and the guest suite. The master bedroom opens onto a large terrace overlooking Cap d'Antibes. It features a sunken bathtub. The bathroom features two showers, two basins and a separate toilet. An outdoor shower, totally hidden from view, completes the bathing space.
The second en-suite bedroom with its en-suite shower room offers a magnificent view of the two hundred-year-old olive trees in the entrance hall, and of the lavender fields from its balcony.
A bright, spacious en suite bedroom opens onto the wooden terrace surrounding the pool.
The other 2 bedrooms also open onto another suspended wooden terrace overlooking the forest.
Outdoors
The entire terrace around the double-overflow swimming pool (12x4x1.5m) is made of wood. The garden with its 4 hundred-year-old olive trees is accessible. The jacuzzi is linked to the terrace by a small wooden bridge.
The infrared sauna is in a dedicated open space with shower and WC.
You'll also find a pétanque court, a weber BBQ, outdoor furniture (deckchairs, parasols, tables, chairs and sofas), a brazero, a 5-space parking lot and an electrical outlet in the parking lot (catering, electric car).
Staff & Services
Rental of the estate includes various services: pool and garden maintenance, pool towels, sheets and household linen, full end-of-stay cleaning and mid-stay interim cleaning.
Location
Domaine Manza is located in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, between Saint Tropez and Monaco, at the foot of the ramparts of Saint-Paul de Vence. The Domaine's privileged location means it's halfway between Nice Côte d'Azur airport and Cannes Mandelieu airport, and 10 minutes from the Cagnes-sur-Mer SNCF train station.
Close to the Côte d'Azur's must-see attractions, such as the finest beaches, golf courses and cultural sites, the Domaine is also in a calm, natural environment.
