Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower.

Room 2 - 19m2 :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower.

Room 3 - 21.4m2 :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower.

Room 4 - 23.6m2 :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub.


Indoors 

The house's interiors are warm and elegant, with generous, light-filled living spaces. The fully-equipped kitchen features bright colours and authentic materials, such as wood and a bright yellow reminiscent of Provence. The living room, bathed in natural light, offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside, while the two study areas on the ground floor provide the perfect setting for concentration and relaxation.
There are also four bedrooms, including one on the ground floor. Each is charmingly decorated in Provençal style, with exposed beams on the ceiling and Salernes tiles on the floor.


Outdoors 

Nestled in the heart of the estate, the villa offers panoramic views over a vineyard.
The outdoor areas include a private terrace and a charming garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquillity of nature. There is a swimming pool (18 x 4.5m).
The surrounding 13 hectares of forest and 800 olive trees add to the peaceful and authentic atmosphere of the property.

The residence boasts a 5-star hotel service, offering you a tailor-made stay within the Château wine estate to which the villa is attached. The services included guarantee total comfort and relaxation. What's more, the proximity of the Relais & Château facilities adds an extra touch of luxury to the overall experience.
The price includes: a dedicated butler, daily housekeeping, as well as free access to the château's facilities (two outdoor swimming pools, two tennis courts, a pétanque court and a fitness room).
On request (subject to availability) and for an additional charge, other services can be provided, such as massages and/or yoga classes in the villa, food shopping on arrival, a concierge service and the services of a private chef.
