Villa Les Pins is a pretty architect-designed house nestling on the top of the dune at La Pointe of the Cap Ferret peninsula. It benefits from an ideal location facing the 44 hectares, just 200 metres from the ocean and 300 from Hortense beach. This charming property is perfect for a holiday with family or friends!
The house has 3 bedrooms. At the end of its terrace, a wooden cabin offers a 4th bedroom (only available in summer).


Bedrooms

Room 1 - Blanche (Maison principale) :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 2 - Grise (Maison principale) :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also TV, private terrace.

Room 3 - Cabanon (20m2) :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace, outside shower.

Room 4 - Cabane (5m2) :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Note : bedroom "Cabane" is only available in summer. It has no electricity but uses solar lamps.


Indoors 

This charming contemporary property boasts pleasant and tastefully decorated interiors.
It comprises a 130 m² main house, a 20 m² "Cabanon" and a 5 m² "Cabane".
In the main house, you'll find a beautiful living room with refined modern decoration, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge, and 2 pretty bedrooms (which share a bathroom and toilets). The large windows open onto the terrace, the dune and the garden, extending the living space.
The "Cabanon" has a double bedroom with separate walk-in shower and toilet and outdoor shower.
Finally, at the end of the terrace, you'll find a charming, cosy wooden "Cabane". This one, available only in summer, has a small double bedroom. It has no electricity but uses solar lamps.


Outdoors​ 

Set in the heart of a 1,000 m² garden with views over the dune, this villa will give you the impression of staying in the heart of nature, while still being close to the beach and the town centre.
You can enjoy pleasant moments of calm and relaxation on the generous 150m² terrace, which has been carefully landscaped. It offers several lounge areas and a jacuzzi for 5 people.
The house also features 2 outdoor showers.


Staff & Services

The price includes a 2-hour mid-stay cleaning, tourist tax, final cleaning, bath amenities, beach towels and garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional cleaning, concierge service, grocery delivery, pre-stocking of the villa, airport transfers, bikes, services of a chef... 
Please note that optional services must be requested at the time of booking.


Location

The villa is ideally located between the Arcachon Basin and the ocean, just opposite the 44 hectares, a wild area at La Pointe of Cap Ferret.
You will be :
- 200 metres from the sea,
- 3 km (7 minutes by bike) from the village centre (market and shops),
- 60 km from Bordeaux airport.


Note :
- Use of the fireplace is not permitted.
