This superb villa is located in Pyla-sur-Mer close to the hotels of La Co(o)rniche and Ha(a)itza. Built on a side of the Dune, it is ideally located to enjoy a beautiful view of the basin and to walk to the beach. The villa can accommodate from 2 to 12 people. It has a large heated swimming pool and a large garden of 1200m2.
The house offers 6 themed rooms all equipped with bathrooms. It is an ideal holiday villa for a stay with family or friends. A beach between sand and teak which is accessible from the kitchen will allow you to enjoy a garden furniture to make pleasant barbecues in the summer. Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access is provided.

Indoors
The villa offers a very neat decoration. In the center of the spectacular living room of the house sits a Mallorca stove from Spain and manufactured by Hergom. This living room is extended by a row of HK Living sofas. These two spaces offer different atmospheres for the summer or winter periods. A spectacular mirror decorates and reflects the black color of the fireplace and the terracotta of the Italian bricks. The height of the living room catches the light through 4 yellow and blue colored triangles, a nod to Le Corbusier.
The dining room has a Napoleon III cabinet which contrasts with the contemporary Tolix sideboard. The cabinet is placed under the aegis of a magnificent Moorish king from a fascinating second-hand shop restaurant: Gadzelur (not to be missed under any circumstances for lovers of beautiful things).
Back from the market, the vegetables and fruit take their place in the shelves of the central kitchen island provided for this purpose. The kitchen floor is made of beautiful cement tiles whose color recalls the Dune. The bar is placed on a brick lace from Italy. The publisher Mutina called on Patricia Urquiola for this transparent design.
Outdoors
The house has a pleasant garden of 1200m2 fully fenced. A large terrace offers a magnificent view of the basin and Cap Ferret. The terrace is equipped with Fermob garden furniture for organizing meals as well as a Houe lounge for an aperitif. Facing south on the other side of the villa is a large 12-meter heated swimming pool (12m x 5m - Depth with a low point of 2.5 meters). On the small pool side, a staircase with steps over the entire width allows the little ones to have their feet and the older ones to stand at the edge of the partly submerged swimming pool. A roller shutter immersed under the first step provides security and conserves a few precious degrees during cooler periods. Sun loungers: sunbathing adorn the pool deck.
