Villa Campani is an elegant house located a stone's throw from the Porte des Campani in Saint Martin de Ré.
This comfortable historic house with a large heated swimming pool are ideally located at the foot of the Vauban fortifications and 3 minutes from the city's lively port.
Each room of the villa faces the garden and its swimming pool.


Bedrooms

The villa has six bedrooms each equipped with bathroom.

On the garden level:
- "Romy": On one level, it is located as an extension of the living room and has its own terrace bordered by a bright yellow mimosa tree. Located at the end of the villa, this cottage is quite chic.
- "The Principal" is the largest bedroom in the house and takes its name from a beautiful hotel in London. It benefits from a private terrace.

Upstairs :
- "The Wythe" is a room inspired by a Williamsburg neighborhood with an amazing collection of antique robots.
- “Vico Equence” is a room that echoes a trip to the Almafi coast.
- “Bauhaus” is inspired by the geometric shapes of the German Bauhaus movement.
- “Majorelle” is a nod to the Majorelle gardens in Marrakech

Room 1 - Chambre The Wythe :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. separate WC room.

Room 2 - Chambre Vico Equence :
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the pool. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. separate WC room.

Room 3 - Chambre Bauhaus :
Room. This bedroom has 2 single bed 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. separate WC room.

Room 4 - Chambre Majorelle :
Room. This bedroom has 2 single bed 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. separate WC room.

Room 5 - Chambre The Principal :
Room, direct access to the pool. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, walk-in shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 6 - Chambre Romy :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. separate WC room.


Indoors

The Villa has a large garden with southern exposure (750 m2) and a beautiful terrace to make the most of the sun while being sheltered from the wind and prying eyes.
With its 6 bedrooms and their private bathrooms, this house is ideal for a stay with family or friends.
The kitchen opens onto a dining room with beautiful high ceilings.
The large living room is comfortable. It includes a space facing the fireplace and another space devoted to the television.


Outdoors

The villa  has a pleasant garden of 750 m2, completely fenced with a courtyard in the form of a landscaped and planted terrace.
A large heated pool of 12x5m is at your disposal (2.20m deep). The exterior is planted with fruit trees, pomegranate trees, vines, etc.

Daily cleaning (twice a week in summer)
Sheets and household linen: 15 euros per night for short stays
Pool towel (summer only)
Heating of the swimming pool (from Easter holidays to All Saints' Day)


Location

200 meters from the center, the house is close to shops, the market and the bustling port. In a few minutes you can explore the colorful St-Martin market.
