The interior of the house is a tribute to relaxation and well-being. Its spacious lounges, bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows, create a subtle transition between indoors and outdoors, encouraging you to gather together to enjoy magnificent moments of sharing.
The large, welcoming dining room will be the setting for convivial meals where simplicity and closeness prevail.
Each of the seven bedrooms, designed for comfort and rest, offers a beautifully decorated cocoon of relaxation, with cathedral ceilings that amplify space and light. Private or semi-private bathrooms with modern amenities complete this interior picture, where every detail has been thought of to ensure your well-being.


Outdoors 

The villa boasts magnificent exteriors, where it's a pleasure to live to the rhythm of the sun and sea spray. The garden, delicately anchored in the dune landscape, is a haven of peace and relaxation, while the south-facing terrace, an oasis of greenery, becomes the epicentre of outdoor living. Those with a passion for contemplation will find refuge on the suspended veranda terrace, offering a majestic view of the surrounding area.
There's also a pétanque strip (12 x 3m) for pétanque, skittles and Möllky, and a heated whirlpool area (3.3m diameter - depth: 0.3 to 1.4m) with a solar shower and relaxation deck (with Italian deckchairs). The pool has a Bisazza mosaic pool, large south-facing underwater decks, night lighting and a protective barrier.
There is also a plancha area for memorable barbecues.
The property also includes racks and storage (for surf, paddle, bike and buoyant foam equipment), 2 electric charging points for cars, 4 parking spaces and 12 bike spaces.


Staff & Services

For a breath of fresh air away from time, in large or small groups, the villa offers a range of services to help you slow down, refocus on yourself and indulge in a quest for well-being.
You'll be given a personalised welcome, so you can discover the villa on your arrival and find out how it works. A house manager will accompany you during your stay to take care of the small details of your daily life. A welcome pack and booklet will be waiting for you on your arrival, along with basic groceries.

- Breakfast: whether you're surfing the wave, off bikering in the forest or slowly emerging from the evening before, breakfast is essential to kick-start your day. A full buffet awaits you the morning after your arrival. This service can then be offered on subsequent days (by prior arrangement and at extra cost).
- "Menus de Maison": the villa can offer you the "Menus de Maison" service every day throughout your stay, based on daily compositions agreed in advance, in co-cooking mode or with a chef at home to accompany you.
- Morning Service: every morning, the living room and outside areas are tidied up (tidying up cushions and sofas, terraces and deckchairs, swimming pool and surrounding area). 
- Cleaning: linen and towels are provided on arrival and final cleaning is included in the price (unless damaged).
On request, daily sweeping of the ground floor and terraces can be provided, as well as intermediate cleaning in the middle of your stay.
- Yoga sessions: on request, morning yoga sessions can be organised on the solarium deck, on the terraces or in the relaxation room.
- Assistance: you can be put in touch with the various services linked to your stay (restaurants, bars, surf hire, activities, etc.) as well as the optional services to complete your privatisation.
