There are two comfortable lounges ideal for relaxing and socialising, complemented by a large dining room and a table football area. The open-plan kitchen, with its central island, is fully equipped.

The landscaped garden, with its mix of sand, lawn and palm trees, surrounds a superb 11 x 5 metre heated swimming pool (depth: 1 x 2.2 m).
