Inside, the villa is characterised by its spaciousness and high ceilings, inviting you to relax and unwind. The large, modern living room, with its fireplace and built-in TV, opens onto a spacious dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a central island, creating a bright, friendly space.
There is also a wellness area, with a 4-person sauna (with hammam function) and separate shower.


Outdoors 

The garden features 1,000 m² of greenery, a secure swimming pool (4 x 8 m) that can be heated from April to October and a well-appointed wooden terrace (with barbecue and brazier) for enjoying sunny days. There is also a table tennis table, 4 bicycles (2 adults and 2 children) and surfboards.
The property also has private parking for 2 vehicles (with the possibility of additional parking in front of the property).
