The interiors have been designed to provide a warm, friendly living space, ideal for relaxing and sharing.
The house features comfortable, tastefully decorated living rooms and four charming bedrooms.


Outdoors 

The 2000 m² garden, accessible via an electric gate and a footpath, is a haven of peace. The well-equipped covered terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. 
You'll also appreciate the large, secure swimming pool (11 x 4 m - depth: 1 to 1.60 m - can be heated from June to September), surrounded by a magnificent wooden deck. It's the perfect place to cool off in the middle of summer or soak up the southern Landes sun.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there are two paddle boards available.
The property also includes two parking spaces under a carport.


Staff & services

The price includes household linen (bed linen + 3 towels/person) and a mid-week cleaning (3 hours/week).
