The entire house has been tastefully decorated, blending modern elements with vintage touches to create a chic yet welcoming setting.
The large, bright and spacious living room opens directly onto the garden thanks to its large south-west-facing windows. Here, natural light floods into the living spaces, creating a soft, comforting ambience. The living room is attractively furnished, with a modern fireplace and a careful selection of artworks and decorations that add a touch of elegance.
The dining room adjoins the lounge and is ideal for sharing convivial meals with family and friends. It is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. There are also four double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One of these is a ground-floor suite, ideal for those seeking easy access. The bedrooms upstairs offer splendid views of the River Bouzanne.

For your comfort, you will also have access to a Spa (shared with Moulin de Prunille) with a jacuzzi and sauna.


Outdoors 

The house opens onto a vast, beautifully tended garden, dotted with shady areas and sunny corners, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a picnic. Below the garden, the River Bouzanne adds a picturesque and soothing dimension to the landscape.
Outdoor facilities include a large terrace where you can enjoy meals al fresco or simply relax to the gentle murmur of the river. A barbecue and garden furniture complete this outdoor space, ideal for summer evenings.
The surrounding area also offers many walking and cycling routes, allowing you to discover the region's rich natural and historical heritage.

La Maison du Meunier is ideally located on the right bank of the Bouzanne, in the heart of the Domaine de Prunget, a historic complex dating back to the 11th century. This unique setting is just a few minutes from the charming town of Argenton-sur-Creuse, renowned for its canals and beautiful countryside, and often compared to Venice.
