Indoors 

On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and pleasant living areas, including a double-height dining room, a lounge, a study, a cosy sitting room (with fireplace and stained glass windows) and a bathroom. The dining room and the lounge open onto the garden and swimming pool.
The four bedrooms on the first floor all offer views over the countryside. The master suite on the second floor has its own sitting room and bathroom.
Most rooms have double-glazed windows.


Outdoors​ 

You will be charmed by this superb estate of almost 3 hectares with wooded garden, south-facing heated swimming pool (11 x 5m - Depth: 1 to 2m), outdoor solar shower, terrace and views over the countryside.

The price includes final cleaning, pool towels, baby equipment (cot and high chair) and garden/pool maintenance.

The property enjoys a tranquil and relaxing location, within easy reach of many small villages. For example, it is close to Saint-Emilion, Monbazillac and Sauternes.
