You'll love the charming, generously-sized lounge, where comfortable sofas surround a cosy fireplace and a television. This cosy space will be the setting for your film evenings and moments of conviviality. It also includes a selection of DVDs and a games console for the entertainment of young and old alike.
The spacious dining room allows you to enjoy a meal overlooking the garden, while the adjacent kitchen is equipped to cater for all your culinary aspirations.
There are 7 bedrooms in total, all with en suite bathrooms for a maximum of privacy.


Outdoors 

The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a large table for charming al fresco meals and a relaxation area.
There is also a 50m² terrace overlooking the lake.
A natural extension of the garden is the lake, with paddleboards and kayaks ready for you to enjoy.
The house also offers a parking with capacity for six vehicles and an electric charging port.


Location

The villa is located on the shores of Lake Annecy (to the south), around 25 minutes from the centre of the medieval town of Annecy, which is rich in culture, history and gastronomy.
The village of Saint-Jorioz is also within easy reach.
Sports enthusiasts will be delighted, with golf, tennis and water sports to choose from. In winter, the surrounding ski resorts invite you to discover the snow-covered Alps.


Notes :
- End of stay cleaning is includeds. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal
required will be charged against the security deposit.
- Central air conditioning is available in the six bedrooms on the upper floors. The 7th bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a portable air conditioning system.
- The house is adjacent to another house on one side. It is, however, fully private.
