Conveniently located near major ski lifts, it is perfect for ski and hiking enthusiasts.

The chalet harmoniously blends rustic charm with modernity. Spanning three levels, it offers a spacious living room with a fireplace, an ideal space for gathering or relaxing. The dining area and open kitchen are fully equipped for entertaining, enhanced by the presence of a wine cellar. A cinema room and gym are also available for your entertainment.


Outdoors 

In summer, the sunlit terrace becomes a must-see space, offering spectacular mountain views. Direct access to the garden, terraces, and outdoor jacuzzi allows guests to enjoy the surrounding nature. The chalet also features a balcony-terrace perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Four parking spaces are available on the premises.

Guests can also benefit from the close proximity to Geneva, Lyon, and even Milan airports for international arrivals.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff :
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 10% Of rental amount
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 56 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 29 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
