Marius is a new chalet of 170 m² spread over two floors. It is located in the residential area of Les Grassonnets, between Chamonix and the emblematic village of Argentière. The perfect place to spend a holiday in the mountains with family or friends.

Room. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 2 single bed 90 cm, 1 bunk beds 90 cm.


Indoors & outdoors

The chalet features traditional alpine architecture with a strong presence of wood that blends perfectly with the contemporary furniture. The openings towards the outside bring luminosity while enjoying the view on the summits. The open space consist of a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and wood stove, the ideal place to meet up after a day on the ski slopes. 
The five bedrooms can accommodate up to 11 people, four of which are ensuite for optimal comfort. 

A large south-facing terrace offers a superb view of Mont Blanc. 

After a day on the slopes, you have the possibility to relax and eliminate toxins in the sauna.

A private outdoor parking, a heated ski room with boot dryer and two separate toilets complete the services offered by the property.


Staff & Services

The price includes reception in the agency and cleaning at the end of stay (except the kitchen).
The chalet offers its guests the possibility to benefit from additional services, on an optional basis and at an extra cost, such as a regular cleaning service on request.
