- Customers are asked to deposit their garbage by leaving in the containers provided for this purpose.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Noise (and loud music) are prohibited by law from 22h, thank you to respect that.
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Suitable for elderly or infirm
- The guest undertakes not to use the property for any commercial purpose sush as a photoshoot, seminar, events... and not to use any photographs taken at the property for any commercial purpose or to make profit.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
