Room. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed, 1 single bed.

Note: in bedroom 3, the single bed is situated above the double bed (bunk bed).


Indoors 

The living room, furnished with a sofa, an armchair and a television, opens onto a balcony and the dining room, which has a table seating up to five people. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, an extractor hood, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, as well as raclette and fondue sets for convivial meals. A Sonos speaker, a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board, a ski locker with a boot dryer and a covered parking space complete the facilities.

The flat, situated on the second floor of the residence, is accessible by lift.


Outdoors 

A south-east-facing balcony, accessible from the living room and the two main bedrooms, offers a lovely view and a sunny spot to relax.


Location

The flat is situated in the centre of Courchevel Village, around thirty metres from the slopes and the Grangettes ski lift, which connects the village to the rest of the Trois Vallées ski area. The École du Ski Français is about fifty metres away, and its Village des Enfants is around a hundred metres away. This location, in the heart of the village, allows you to enjoy immediate access to the slopes whilst remaining close to the friendly atmosphere of Courchevel 1550.
