Chalet Bellarossa, located on the Pralong slope in the prestigious Nogentil area, is a luxury ski in/ski out chalet renovated in 2022. This chalet enjoys a privileged location, nestled in the heart of unspoilt nature and close to the centre of Courchevel 1850. The chalet can accommodates ten adults and two children in its six bedrooms.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 bunk beds 90 cm. This bedroom includes also TV, closet.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. , with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, hair dryer, towel dryer, closet, WC.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. , with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, hair dryer, towel dryer, closet, WC.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. , with bathtub, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, towel dryer, closet, WC, terrace with jacuzzi.

Room, 3rd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. , with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also office table, safe, balcony, hair dryer, towel dryer, closet, WC.


The interiors & exteriors

The architecture of this magnificent chalet is modern: wood covers the whole chalet, large beams support the framework and large glass openings frame the surrounding landscape, letting in natural light.
You will appreciate the beautiful volumes and the numerous top-of-the-range equipment, as well as its vast living room with its stone fireplace.
A sublime master bedroom will delight its occupants with its privileged space and its en suite bathroom. On the first level of the chalet, a large jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna occupy the terrace, ideal for bathing amidst the snow-covered fir trees of the resort.
This luxury on-slope chalet also features a private ski-room, a large swimming pool and a spa.

  • Level 0: consists of an indoor swimming pool, hammam, a cabin with 1 bunk bed, garage, ski-room, laundry room, a separate toilet and a separate bathroom (with shower, towel dryer and single sink).
  • Level 1: the sauna, the outdoor jacuzzi and the 4 double bedrooms.
  • Level 2: the living area consists of a dining room, a TV lounge, an open kitchen, a lounge area, the terrace and a separate toilet.
  • Level 3: the master bedroom is located on this level.


Staff & Services


The chalet rental includes the services of a housekeeper for the daily cleaning and a chef for the preparation of breakfasts. Everything is done to ensure that you have the holiday of your dreams.
The price includes reception at the property, regular cleaning during the stay and cleaning at the end of the stay. It also offers its guests the possibility to benefit from additional services, on an optional basis and at an additional cost, such as a regular cleaning service on request.

- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
