Located in Demi Quartier in the prestigious Megève ski resort, the 180 m² Demimeige apartment can accommodate up to 10 people in a luxurious and peaceful setting. This beautiful new apartment is halfway between the Princess gondola and the center of Megève. It has 4 bedrooms, including 3 doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a family room. The interiors are spacious and bright, and the apartment offers a terrace without vis-à-vis with a breathtaking view of the mountain. A quality service is included to ensure an unforgettable stay.

Room 1
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. , with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, towel dryer, closet.

Room 2
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. , with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, towel dryer, closet.

Room 3
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. , with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, hair dryer, towel dryer, closet.

Room 4
Room, Lower floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 bunk beds 90 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm configurable as a double bed. , with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, towel dryer, closet, WC.

Note: the 4 bedrooms share the 2 bathrooms.


Indoors 

The Demimeige apartment is designed to offer a refreshing stay in the mountains. The living spaces include a bright living room with fireplace, a dining room, and a large open kitchen. The decoration is carefully done, with wood-paneled walls and ceilings to instill the essential "chalet" spirit. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, providing an ideal setting to relax after a day on the slopes.


Outdoors

The apartment has a terrace without vis-à-vis, ideal for enjoying the panorama of the mountain. The outdoor furniture allows you to fully enjoy this exceptional setting.


Staff & Services

The Demimeige apartment benefits from a high-end service, with a welcome at the agency, bathroom products, linen (sheets and towels), beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and a mid-stay cleaning. Regular cleaning is available on request (extra charge).


Location

The apartment is located 2300 meters from the center of Megève and 1800 meters from the Princess gondola and ski slopes. Ski schools are also 1800 meters away. The geographical location of the apartment allows you to fully enjoy the activities of the resort while benefiting from a peaceful and relaxing setting.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
