The interior of chalet consists of a large living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen leading to the dining room, a lounge, and a bar. The carefully decorated interior harmoniously combines old wood and contemporary furniture, for optimal comfort. The chalet has 6 bedrooms, 5 of which have their own bathrooms. The stone fireplace will warm your evenings, while the bay windows open onto the terrace with a panoramic view of Mont-Blanc. The residence also offers a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool and a hammam.

The chalet has a terrace that offers a magnificent view of the Mont-Blanc massif. Outdoor facilities include outdoor furniture and parking.


Staff & Services

Included services include welcome to the property, firewood for the fireplace, bathroom products, linen (sheets and towels), beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and mid-stay cleaning. Additional services can be arranged upon request.

Service included only in winter: wood for the fireplace and change of linen (sheets and towels) during the stay.

Chalet 4810 is located in Combloux, 4.4 km from the center of Megève. The ski slopes and the Princess gondola lifts are 2200 m away, which allows easy access to the resort's facilities and entertainment. Megève is renowned for its authenticity, charm, and exceptional alpine setting.

- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
