Indoors 

The flat spans a generous 143 m² over two floors, served by a lift. The interior decor is a clever blend of modern and mountain styles, creating a soothing, warm ambience from the moment you enter.

The main living area, located on the entrance floor, is open-plan and opens onto a space bathed in natural light. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area and a cosy lounge with a wooden fireplace, perfect for winter evenings.

The five bedrooms, all tastefully decorated, offer optimum comfort:

- Three double bedrooms, each with a TV and en suite shower room with single or double washbasin and heated towel rail.

- A triple room with a double bed and a single bed and en suite bathroom.

Location

Megève, the iconic resort of the French Alps, is both chic and authentic, offering a multitude of activities all year round. Positioned 1500 metres from the village centre and just 750 metres from the nearest slopes, such as the Capucine piste, the flat enjoys a prime location. The ski schools are just 750 metres away, making it easy for the youngest skiers to get started or for the more experienced to master the techniques.

The Rochebrune district, where the residence is located, is calm and green, ideal for relaxation, yet close to all the amenities and entertainment in the centre of Megève.
