This superb chalet of 400m2, is spread over 4 levels.
It is elegantly decorated with designer touches and offers a cocooning atmosphere.
Its beautiful open-plan living spaces invite you to relax by the fire in the lounge, at the bar or around a gourmet table, all with a breathtaking view of the mountains.
On level 3, you will find a Master bedroom (with its private bathroom) and 1 guest bedroom (with shower room).
On level 2 there is a living room with bar area, an open kitchen with dining area, and 1 guest bedroom (with shower room).
Level 0 has a dormitory and 1 master bedroom. This level also comprises a beautiful indoor pool (with windows overlooking the garden) and a ski room.
Finally, on level -1, you can enjoy a massage room, as well as an entertainment area with a TV lounge and a billiard room.
Outside, the chalet has over 100m2 of terraces.

Location
The chalet is nestled in the exclusive area of Mont d'Arbois, just 500 metres from the nearest lift hub. The area has two main lifts, one of which the Mont d'Arbois lift that whisks you up and over towards Mont Joly and over to neighbouring resort of Saint Gervais, the second of which the Rocharbois that will take you up and over to the Rochebrune ski area, giving you an exceptionally large ski area to choose from. The centre of Megeve is around 8 minute's drive away.
