Elegance and comfort abound. As soon as you step inside, a spacious living area welcomes you with a warm and bright atmosphere. The modern, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining area and lounge. Here you’ll find a cosy sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Large bay windows flood the space with natural light and lead out onto a balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The first floor features an elegant double bedroom with access to a private balcony, along with an en-suite shower room and toilet for optimal comfort. On the upper floor, a second spacious double bedroom, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and ample storage, completes the sleeping area. For younger guests, a charming cabin with bunk beds (sleeps 2) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep. A separate shower room and practical storage spaces complete this floor.


Outdoors 

The apartment features a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air, ideal for recharging your batteries and admiring the alpine landscape. The unobstructed view creates a soothing and inspiring atmosphere.

For added convenience, the property offers an outdoor parking space, an indoor parking space in the basement and a ski locker, making your stay truly hassle-free.

The rental includes: a welcome at the agency, toiletries, bed linen and towels, beds made on arrival, and a final clean.

The following services are available on request and at an additional cost: extra bed linen and towels, a high chair, a cot, and an extra clean.


Location

Situated in the heart of Morzine, in the sought-after Bois Venants area, the apartment’s location is a major asset. You’ll be just a short walk from the ski lifts and slopes, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The immediate proximity to the town centre ensures easy access to shops, restaurants and other amenities, whilst ski schools are within easy reach for families with children.

Super Morzine gondola lift: approximately 400 metres away via the footbridge. This lift gives you direct access to the Avoriaz ski area.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- The tenant undertakes to maintain the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. They must dispose of their rubbish and clean their dishes before leaving. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring abnormally excessive cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- If you cancel your reservation more than 31 days before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee will be equal to the deposit paid at the time of booking. However, if we are able to rent the house to other travelers on the dates you had reserved, we will only retain 10% of the reservation amount as a cancellation fee and the rest will be refunded to you..
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 31 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
