Discover Chalet Mignette, a delightful retreat located on the edge of the forest, just 1.5 km from the centre of Morzine. This 270 m² chalet offers comfort and tranquillity with its four en-suite double bedrooms, a cosy living area with a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace with views of Mont Nyon and a fenced garden suitable for pets. Close to the Portes du Soleil ski area, you'll find an ideal setting for a mountain holiday.

  • Four en-suite double bedrooms, one of which can be configured with two single beds.



Indoors

The chalet spans three levels, blending modernity and tradition. The living area, with its fireplace, provides a convivial atmosphere. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including appliances for raclette and fondue.

The natural wood decor with contemporary touches creates a pleasant atmosphere. The four en-suite bedrooms offer comfort and privacy.


Note: Chalet not suitable for young children.



Outdoors

The chalet features spacious outdoor areas inviting relaxation. The terrace with a jacuzzi offers views of the alpine landscape. The garden, bordered by the forest, ensures peace and privacy, with a barbecue ready for enjoyable grill evenings. The entire garden is fenced.


Staff & Services

Your stay includes end-of-stay cleaning and household linen. A concierge service is available, offering additional options such as airport transfers, a private chef, or grocery delivery.

Pets may be accepted upon request, subject to approval by the owner. A supplement is required (€5/day).


Location

Located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, Morzine offers a wide range of activities in both winter and summer. The resort, with its "Famille Plus" label, provides family-friendly facilities. You can easily access the 286 ski slopes, and in summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and other adventures.

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French - Italian
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 4 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 168 Days to arrival day : 10 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 70 Days to arrival day : 25 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 35 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
