Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 14 guests (maximum 10 adults), this chalet offers breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and is just 10 minutes from the slopes of the "Évasion Mont-Blanc" area. With 400 km of slopes accessible via a nearby shuttle, this haven is ideal for enjoying both winter and summer activities.

The chalet, with a surface area of 250 m², stands out with its spacious, luminous 75 m² living area featuring an integrated open kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming space. A mezzanine home cinema is available for relaxing evenings. The Master bedroom, located at the living area level, features a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a terrace with a view of Mont Blanc. The 4 double bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with private bathrooms and televisions, while a dormitory with 6 beds and a shower room is perfect for children.


Outdoors 

The chalet is surrounded by an authentic mountain environment and boasts a beautiful sunny terrace, perfect for relaxation in all seasons. You can also enjoy the garden, a petanque court, and a ping-pong table for convivial outdoor moments, with the majestic Mont Blanc as a backdrop.


Location

Situated in the Bettex district, just 7 minutes from the center of Saint Gervais-les-Bains, the chalet enjoys a calm and authentic setting. Shops and supermarkets are accessible within a 10-minute drive, and the SNCF station at Le Fayet is 15 minutes away. Nearby, Megève is just 15 minutes away, offering a wide range of activities for everyone's enjoyment.

- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 3.40 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

L'accueil n'a d'équivalent que de lieu : très chaleureux ! Quel que soit l'âge de toute notre famille des petits aux grands y a trouvé sa place : la salle de jeux, la salle de cinéma, la très grande salle à vivre avec vue sur le Mont Blanc ! Tout dans ce chalet a été pensé pour rendre la vie facile : 2 lave-vaisselles, tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires, séchoir pour les chaussures de ski... Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation.
