Villa Anthon is located in Thonon, on the shores of Lake Geneva. Its designer wanted this building to be long, guiding the eye towards the horizon and the lake. The architecture of this singular residence was inspired by boathouses. It was built entirely of wood, black steel and concrete. This villa, which is an elegant and contemporary architectural masterpiece, has a surface area of 320 square metres spread over two levels. The interiors are made up of natural and warm materials. For example, the walls are in warm toned larch wood, giving softness and cosiness, and the floors in waxed concrete bringing style and character to the rooms. Thanks to its impressive high ceiling and its large windows, the house offers its visitors pleasant and bright interiors.
Guests can enjoy the large living room with its central fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen and the mezzanine with reading area.
There are five bedrooms in total : two connecting double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower, two further connecting double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a studio with independent access, bathroom and kitchenette.
The house also features subfloor heating.

This 2000 square metres property is located 6 metres from the lakefront and has a pier on the lake with a private pontoon.
Guests can also enjoy a large shaded panoramic terrace with outdoor dining area.
