Indoors & outdoors
This 300 m² property is spread over 4 levels and features an elevator. 80% of the energy used to power it comes from renewable sources.
With its 7 bedrooms (including a children's dormitory), it can accommodate up to 18 people.
On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a ski locker, heated cupboards for ski boots, a bike room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
This level also offers a pleasant wellness area (with sauna, salt wall, halotherapy, 4-season sensory shower, music therapy, Hammam, ice cabin, flake misting, Spa).
Level 1 includes 3 bedrooms and a games room - meeting & conference room - video screens.
The 6 other bedrooms (including the children's dormitory) are on level 2.
Level 3 (under the rafters) features a large living area with lounge area (with sofas, fireplace and TV), dining area, fully-equipped kitchen (can be adapted by home chef on request and at extra cost), storeroom and guest toilet.
